Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2025
Welcome to Quickly Cottage! We’re glad you’re here. These Terms explain how our service works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using Quickly Cottage, you agree to these Terms — so please take a moment to read them.
Quickly Cottage is a subscription-based tool that helps home bakers like you create ingredient lists and product labels based on your recipes. You enter your info, and we generate what you need — then email it to you.
To use the service, you'll need to create an account and subscribe. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, and your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your plan anytime in your account settings. We don’t offer partial refunds unless legally required.
You provide your email and recipe info to use the service. We only use your data to run the tool and make sure everything works right. We don’t sell your info or share it outside of the services that power the platform (like Stripe, Webflow, Memberstack, or Zapier). We may delete submitted data after 30 days.
Want more details? Check out our Privacy Policy below.
You agree to:
We may suspend your account if these rules are broken.
You keep ownership of your recipes. We own the website, design, and platform tools. By using the service, you give us permission to process your recipes to generate your requested content.
We work with trusted services and developers including Zapier, Webflow, Memberstack and various AI tools. Using Quickly Cottage means you’re okay with how those services operate too.
We’re here to make your life easier — but we’re not a legal or regulatory agency. We can’t guarantee that every label we generate meets the exact laws in your state or city.
Food rules can vary and change, so it’s up to you to double-check anything you use from our platform. Also, because we use AI to help generate content, it may occasionally miss something or be imperfect.
In short: We do our best, but you’re responsible for making sure your final labels are good to go.
We’re not responsible for any losses, legal issues, or damages that may come from using the platform or relying on the info it provides. Use Quickly Cottage at your own discretion.
You can cancel your account any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or abuse the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled there.
We may update these Terms now and then. If we make major changes, we’ll post an update. Keep using Quickly Cottage, and you’re agreeing to the new version.
We’re here to help! Email us at amanda@quicklycottage.com if you have questions about these Terms or anything else.
